From a reported line to the accounts and entries behind it.
A close that stands up to audit and investor questions
Every figure opens to its transactions. Budget, forecast and actual stay as locked versions. Control reads each ledger with read-only access, and period locks stay where they are.

Every number in the report gets a question.
The auditor asks what sits behind a balance. The board asks why the forecast moved. When the answers live in spreadsheet copies of the ledger, each question starts another search.
The locked budget never moves. Forecasts are new versions beside it.
Read-only access. Period locks stay in each accounting system.
Numbers you can trace, versions that stay put.
Every figure opens to its transactions.
Drill from any statement value to the accounts, entities and entries that make it up. The period, entities and currency travel with you, and eliminations and currency adjustments can be reviewed apart from the source entries.
- Accounts, transactions and counterparties behind each value
- Formula rows open to their operands
- Transaction lists you can filter, pivot and export
Budget, forecast and actual, side by side.
Lock the budget the board approves and it stops moving. Each forecast is a new version, so the original budget, every forecast and the actuals stay comparable, month by month and year to date.
- A locked original budget
- Forecasts as new versions, nothing overwritten
- A history of how each plan changed
The ledger stays the book of record.

- Read-only access to every ledger
- Closed periods shown per entity and source
- Uptime and continuity terms in enterprise agreements

What listed-company finance teams ask first.
Bring your reporting calendar and your auditor’s questions to a demo.
Ask us about your setupHow does Control handle IFRS?
Control is a reporting layer, not an accounting standard. The group chart of accounts, the statement layouts and the currency translation rules are configurable for IFRS and local GAAP. Your accounting policies and your auditor decide the treatment.
Can a locked budget change?
No. A locked version stays fixed. If the plan changes after approval, the change goes into a new forecast version, and the original stays as the board approved it.
Does Control change our books or our period locks?
No. Control reads each ledger through its official API with read-only access. Period locks are set in the accounting system. Control shows them per entity, and a close recorded in Control never changes the lock in the source.
